Welcome to Ideal Hair Salon in Edmonds, WA. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies that apply when you use our website and book appointments with us. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ideal Hair Salon website at idealsaloninedmonds.com and booking any service through our online scheduling system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Appointments & Booking
Online appointment requests are submitted to the salon owner for confirmation. A booking request does not guarantee an appointment until the salon confirms availability. Same-day bookings are flagged for owner approval before being added to the calendar. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment request at our discretion.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future services or a temporary suspension of online booking privileges.
4. Services & Pricing
All service prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Starting prices may vary based on hair length, density, and the customization required. Payment is collected in person at the salon unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. We accept cash and major credit cards.
5. Chemical Services & Hair Health
Color, perm, and lightening services involve chemical processing. Our stylists conduct a consultation prior to any chemical service to assess hair history and suitability. In rare cases, a service may be refused or modified to protect the integrity of your hair. Ideal Hair Salon is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed prior chemical treatments or at-home box dye.
6. Salon Conduct
We strive to maintain a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other clients may result in the immediate termination of your appointment and future booking privileges without refund.
7. Children
Children are welcome at Ideal Hair Salon. For safety, children receiving a service must be supervised by a parent or guardian. We kindly ask that siblings not receiving a service remain seated and supervised in the waiting area.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ideal Hair Salon and its staff are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service performed.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content for commercial purposes. All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Ideal Hair Salon and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
